Short term rentals
For short term rentals, we will make sure to take photos not only of the space, but also of the decor and any unique features of your rental, as well as community amenities, to help you keep it booked! Simply add $95 to the price of our normal photo packages for Short Term Rentals.

Virtual Staging
Have an empty space that you would like to show staged? Virtual Staging can be the answer! Virtual Staging photo delivery is 24 – 48 hours after deciding which photos to virtually stage, and is charged on a per-photo basis.
Premium Virtual Staging: $40 per photo
Effortless Virtual Staging: $65 for 4 photos
